Witness—Statement of injured witness—Value—Injuries on the person of the eye-witness would establish his presence on the spot but the same was not a conclusive proof of credibility.

Proclaimed Offender, Abscondence of accused—Effect—Abscondence of accused could corroborate other convincing prosecution evidence—If ocular account and other circumstantial evidence on record was disbelieved, accused could not be convicted on the sole ground that he remained absconder.
